So far, I have been impressed on availability, price, and quality of items shown in the membership. I like the way that information is sent to me as it seems to be cost efficient and available, two things that are important to me. I have been very happy with my purchases in the past year as they have worked well and the delivery timing has been excellent.

The Roku TV I bought and was delivered beginning of December died already so I called Roku and they are sending me a new one plus then they will send a team to install in 10 to 15 days, it died on December 26. I asked if they couldn’t just have Best Buy deliver one and then reinstall it. They said no, because you weren’t a partner with them. What should I have done?

Its early, there are some good perks, but the (sometimes more than) daily emails are annoying and clog my email. Thats why I usually resist these offers. Time will tell if the positives outweigh the negatives.

Since the Best Buy closed in Rockville, Md., I don’t know the closest & most convenient location near Bethesda, Md.??? It would be handy dandy if you sent email with locations. Some websites do not always have accurate information. Thank you.

I bought this plan for the included member discounts, and on my first purchase i saved over 150, while spending just 49 for the membership. That alone makes this worth it, not counting the other benefits.

I like the membership because if I check very regularly on an item purchased I can get the difference on what I paid and what the lower price is within 90 days of purchase. I'm disappointed Best Buy did away with the rewards program on purchases.

Singing up for Best Buy Plus was a mistake for me. I was bill for renewal many time resulting credit card issues and wasted time on my part. I drove into the local store and was told they could do nothing to stop the unwanted billing. I was advised to go on line to stop the false billing. I am receiving phishing scams in by email account that appears to be from Best Buy Geek Squad.
