The value of this service are good, but should be free shipping for all items even big items if you’re paying for this membership

Membership saved us a lot of money last year. The geek squad was there to answer questions and give us peace of mind. Best store for electronics.

The membership is great! The store On Shelbyville Road sucks! Recently bought two faulty party boxes and had to pay for restocking fees. Was going to buy washers and dryers and refrigerators, but after scamming me out of $40 and then had to pay another $40 in late fees no thanks.

This membership has been really good. Having the protection plans and GeekSquad for support when I hit snags is great. Prices being better too.

The value of this membership exceeds the purchase price almost immediately with hundreds of total savings due to the member deals on almost every product.

Used one time as an opportunity to get the most for my money on purchase of a high end tv and home delivery/setup. Not sure how it will play out over the membership term.

Well-worth the price if you buy electronics and such even just a few times a year. I am pleased with the overall value of the membership program.

Membership has great perks for a small annual membership fee. I appreciate that this is available to Best Buy members -- instant savings on products is so much better than having to wait to accumulate a reward on your purchases. One thing I did not like is that it is set up for automatic renewal I don't life this feature, as card numbers change, expiration dates change, etc.

I think this is the better option over the Total membership. I use the free shipping perks more than anything. So if you shop a lot at BB like I do, it makes the $50/year membership fee worth it. Also, it has everything the Total membership has except Total's Protection plans, 24/7 tech support, VIP member support, and 20% off repairs-- none of which I have ever had a use for.

Membership has save me so much money over the year, pays for itself. Love having extended window to return or exchange items. Also love having the opportunity to get items at a bigger discount than most.

I was told about this option the plus as before I had the total tech but it was expensive and I didn't benefit from it but I like this option better thank you .

I shop at Best Buy quite a bit. This membership was worth it to me. I have saved some money but over all the 60 day return policy is amazing. In case anything goes on sale they’ll price match. The my Best Buy perks and exclusive sales and access events make it worth it too. The faster shipping is nice too! I would pay for this again next year just for the return policy alone. But with the additional perks it makes the $50 per year worth it.

The Best Buy is the best the service any body you deal with they are friendly the most to store I use Dearborn and westland am happy with my 85” Samsung my ps5 my all electronic
