Membership has paid itself off, I've been able to access member only discounts on items I already purchase or am looking to purchase soon. I also get $5 off coupons from time to time and you just can't beat most deals! Definitely glad I decided to upgrade memberships.

Got the membership when I was looking to purchase a new washer and dryer. It help tremendously and I ended up purchasing both washer and dryer when all I needed was the washer . The price was so amazing with the membership I used it again to buy moms a new washer and dryer also.

Best Buy has some of the best customer service around. They have helped me with a few recent issues and am truly amazed at how easy and quick they resolved the issues. Its great having a brick and mortar store to check out things rather than to just buy something online.

Other than my first purchase, I haven't found a benefit. Maybe I just don't buy enough. The first one made it worthwhile.

Extended return policy for 2 months, this is helpful in multiple ways either any issues or if you don’t like the product 3. Special pieces for members

I bought a TV with excellent people set up in less than 20 minutes. Plus Bedt Buy gave me $200 bonus. Why go elsewhere?

Initially the service at the Geek Squad level was below average but the upper management came thru to show value in the membership

Membership is worth it! Customer service…customer service representatives are never on the same page! Sometimes very frustrating.

I found the benefits from immediately signing up (like B2G1 on Switch games) easily paid for the cost of the membership - Add in the other benefits as shipping, rewards, exclusive sales, early access to sales/items, its a worthwhile membership.

I always love to be a member of best buy because of so many deals that has to offer. The even offered us "zero interest" for a year .
