There’s nothing I can say bad about membership. I think the fact that you get 60 days to return anything you want is enough of itself not to mention the fact that you get free AppleCare protection with it overall fabulous product.

Love that you have an extended return window with this, all though you shouldn't have to pay for more than a 7 day return window when every company does 30.

The sale guy was very helpful when I was there to buy a IPad. While he was talking to me another woman was listening, and she said he really helped her to decide also by listening to what he was telling me.

The agent said if I didnt like membership i would be able to get a full refund without any issue, turns out that wasnt the case. I was only allowed a partial refund, since they discount whatever savings you save while a member. I could have gotten the same savings if i priced match my item to target or amazon. Which was originally what i was doing before the agent duped me into the membership in the first place. I don’t recommend the membership youre better off price matching or just buying from amazon for the two day shipping. Long story short dont trust best buy or any of their agents. They gave me the run around saying they couldnt do anything because it was all automated. As if they couldnt just have credited my Bestbuy account.

I contact them a few times to help with issues with my TV to use my TV better due to lack of help from. Manufacturer instructions manual. A few questions about old remote. But that they were not much help with that.

I tried to be cheap and not buy this and ended up buying it a week later when I made a return. This is an absolute must when buying anything open box. It’s a must when spending more than $500. Prices change…A LOT and this gives you the ability to exchange things for free as often as you want I returned 3 tvs and a sound system until I got what I was looking for. Really happy now

I've not used my membership to the fullest. I signed up because of the immediate savings when purchasing a new laptop. Will have to see if the value of the membership over the full years exceeds the initial discount on this purchase.

This membership is the real deal. A lot of similar memberships don't follow through on what they promise, but this one definitely does. We tracked the prices on the TVs we purchased and received the refund difference as promised.
