My old refrigerator started to malfunction during the Thanksgiving holiday. Best Buy had what I was looking for in size, color and price. The sales person was very helpful. Delivery men polite and careful with the haul away and instalation.

For the most part, I bought this for the discount on games and for that it worked really well. I also appreciated the black Friday early specials and was able to make use of that for Christmas presents.

Family members recommended I purchase the Best Buy Plus membership. So glad I did. Very beneficial.

I love the value that comes with this membership. I was purchasing a new laptop when it was offered, so it definitely made sense to sign up.

It does give me piece of mind to have the membership. I can call,and actually talk to a real person 24/7. Everyone is very friendly and polite. If the person you are speaking with, cant answer your questions, they will put you in touch with someone who can. It's an awesome feeling, knowing someone is there for you,you're not wasting your time, or waiting, because they have put you on hold for a lengthy period of time.

Great experience and service when using Best Buy plus

The membership it works in the case of a purchase I made gave me enough time to know that the scooter I buy it will failed so, i gave me the chance to returned the purchase

I'm new to the membership, but having a 60 day return policy, instead of 2 weeks, for my new laptop, is already worth the small amount I paid for the membership. I don't plan on returning it, but it was a large puchase for me so the peace of mind is super nice.

I haven’t used the service once since starting about one year ago. So can not really give an opinion on the services offered. I do know that the items they give as part of the membership deal are not great deals. Most of them are the daily deals they give with no membership involved at some point. I haves saved zero dollars with this program and the early access to certain items or stores are not around me so I will not be signing back up when this expires. Use to enjoy Best Buy deals and going to the store but things have changed with the organization.

If you love tech and find yourself going to Best Buy often then this is a no brainer. There is crazy good deals and more time to return items if you don't like or need them.

Worth the money if you plan on purchasing a lot of stuff

The best protection for all your tech, especially when buying Apple products!!! The ability to have them setup up setup PCs or laptops, erase hard drives, etc ... Great value!

Really appreciated the cash back price difference ($321) after a major purchase and then an additional discount of $50 on the purchase a S24+ which was on sale for $799. The total savings of $571 for a $50 investment. I also have nearly 8 months remaining on my membership.

It great, getting a discount on deals really helps out with in store items to buy. Running any organization, this will be a great but to get equipment, supplies etc..
