Membership includes free two day shipping but they cannot guarantee it. Lost several hundred dollars having to stay two extra days traveling due to a shipment that took 4 days.

This has been accommodating in getting the best price for what is available. Hasn’t been utilized as often as I’d like it to have been but it is good.

I bought a TV, which said in the box the excellent condition, the advisor tells me that he has all the accessories, but... when I get home and open the box, I did not have the remote control, I had to buy the remote control on Amazon.

Bought only for the promo with the Nintendo switch 2 and still waiting dor my rewards. Spend $150 on Nintendo switch 2 items and get a reward card. Almost wasnt worth the time and effort i have put in just to gwt the rewards so far

Shopped for freezer--nice selection and good prices. Ordered freezer and it was delivered in excellent condition. At the appointed time. I love my freezer and the prompt attention I received in-store. Paperwork was a breeze thanks to the knowledgeable employee who helped us.

Regarding my Best Buy plus. The assistant Kyle I believe was very helpful and truthful which made me more comfortable with the subscription and I will be coming back with future purchases.

The cost of the 1 year membership was paid back in 2 purchases via the members only savings on items I had already planned on buying that year, so it was a no brainer. In addition to the savings the extended return period was also nice to have even if I didn’t have to use it.
