Hello, I’m truly disappointed with everything up to this point. I went to Bridgewater location New Jersey to buy a Mac and you have a lot of teenage hustlers that told me that I can convert my rewards into Amazon card. By the time I go to East Hanover store none of that is true so you guys make stuff up just getting people to buy something and now I have over $110. I don’t know how to use it & can only convert to Best Buy credits! We had to call BB customer service so many times & your store manager literally told me he isn’t gonna do anything at Bridgewater nj

I initially bought this hoping to use it for discounts when purchasing Pokémon cards, but they removed the discount not long after I subscribed. I had saved maybe $16 close to the one year I have been a Plus member. I just recently pulled the trigger on the 65U8N as the TV was on sale for Plus members. It'll probably get to this sale prices later this year, but it is the TV I was really wanting. I'll probably renew for a second year, but if the second year goes by with me rarely using it, I'll probably cancel.

Initially the service at the Geek Squad level was below average but the upper management came thru to show value in the membership

Best Buy has been a great resource for electronics, and cookware. Many products my daughter and I can use from there. I would recommend to my friends. I have been greeted with good customer service in my recent visits and that goes along way to have me continue shopping with Best Buy.

We had a refrigerator delivered to our home. The delivery men were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They did an excellent job, especially with the hook up of the ice maker.

The sales person that handled my iPad was great. Excellent from start to finish. The sales person that handled my TV on the other hand was less than excellent. Much less. He wheeled my 65 inch TV out to the curb and said there you go… i’m 77 years old so I had to go back in and ask for someone to help me put it in my vehicle and he seemed like he was OK to help but reluctantly. Again the guy that did my iPad was great.

This membership is a real value. we have used this membership on other members of our family and had no problem when we have had to use it Thank you

The Plus membership provides some real value. I appreciate the ability to be able to return things in a greatly elongated window of 90 days for most things. It definitely think there is value there, as long as you are buying electronics at least semi-regularly.

Worth getting this membership. Very useful sans get good deals

Got cancelled because you tried to use an expired best buy card. Had to call 3 different numbers then was given a link. Not cool.

This has been a rewarding membership opportunity. I have gained a number of rewards. As a result, I have gotten some of my electronic needs without cost. This is a membership that continues to give and one that I will continue to use.

It was worth buying when I was buying a high priced appliance. Plus it was actually worth it. But too high priced for an annual renewal

Very pleased. Got a $50 bonus for joining. I had to use it before May 10 but I was already planning to purchase a new Apple TV 4K. I was thrilled that I was able to get $50 off.

I'm new to the membership, but having a 60 day return policy, instead of 2 weeks, for my new laptop, is already worth the small amount I paid for the membership. I don't plan on returning it, but it was a large puchase for me so the peace of mind is super nice.
