Best Buy plus is great value for what you get. Great convenience in the fact that I had 60 days to be able to return products as well as the ability to get any items that I can’t find in store in only two days. Highly recommend any Best Buy membership if you buy any tech or variety of products.

The price matching is awesome, gives peace of mind. Sometimes you need to make a purchase now and not when a sale comes around.

We had a refrigerator delivered to our home. The delivery men were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They did an excellent job, especially with the hook up of the ice maker.

I saved money by getting this membership when I bought $5K of major appliances. That said, the delivery and customer service have been universally terrible. I've had deliveries canceled or delayed on every single one of the 7 items I have bought since November, including a chair, a laptop, washer, dryer, range, and dishwasher. Every time a delivery was canceled, I went to the back of the line to await my next turn. I lost hundreds of dollars taking time off work for no reason. I spent hours on the phone trying to get things straightened out. It was a nightmare.

Seems like a decent way to take care of purchases, but I haven't actually used it yet, so can't be sure.

Okay help or protect all your purchase at Best Buy good warranty

Outstanding -- made sure I was aware of various sales for items in my interest area. Always up-to-date. The quality of the presentation in the ads was clear and to the point. Right now, I have my eye on an activity tracker and a new notebook computer. I was given my membership by a sales clerk when I purchased a refrigerators. I will probably renew when subscription is up.

What can i say this membership did everything it promised and more! Have no complaints and if you ever make a purchase from bestbuy please consider adding this membership as well!

I usually buy all my electtioncs from Best Buy. It had been a year or more sincw I bought anything. I had an old standard membership that had expired. I wanted to get some Samsung earbuds before vacation so I went into my local store. The sales asaociate told ma about a deal where if I buy the earbuds and the membership togerher, the earbuds would be discounted enough to pay dor the membershi. Thua the membership was basically FREE! Cool deal!

We purchase a few appliances within the span of a year. It was worth it because it was not much added cost to cover all of those appliances within that time span
