was unable to create an "on line" membership to pay the bill etc. I tied the tech support and got some guy in Pakistan or where ever who was hard to understand, He said that "safari" is not supported and I should try google, that didn't work either, I would think a tech savy company like best buy would be able to make this work regardless of the operating system. how many thousand of people use safari?

Best Buy has been my go-to place for appliances and electronics. I recently moved to my new home and furnished it, so I don't need too many more toys now. But I do enjoy my membership because it lets me know of special bargains. I saw a couple things I thought I could do without but now will end up buying more at my local store. The membership is a great way to receive priority service, obtain discounts in advance of the general public, and extended return periods for busy people like myself. I miss earning rewards given the amount of $ spent, but the trade off with client service as well as early release and special member discounts has proven to be beneficial.
