Sold under false pretenses

I spoke to the sales associate multiple times about understanding if this was correct and even though he promised it was, it wasn’t. I spent $45 to save $5.

I think the fact that you get 60 days to return anything you want is enough of itself not to mention the fact that you get free AppleCare protection with it overall fabulous product.

A lot of similar memberships don't follow through on what they promise, but this one definitely does. We tracked the prices on the TVs we purchased and received the refund difference as promised.

Always first to know of sales and anything else that is going on with Best Buy. The flash sales are wonderful. I feel like the membership has been very beneficial to me. I will renew my membership when the time comes.

I asked if they couldn’t just have Best Buy deliver one and then reinstall it. They said no, because you weren’t a partner with them. What should I have done?
