This is a no brainer. It saved us $100 on a new tablet. So it paid for itself while giving us an extra $50 discount, and increasing our return window on products. Go buy something that it helps discount, and it will pay for itself. Worth it for anyone who buys at least one or two electronic items or video games per year.

I purchased an X box series x for my girlfriends son and he has been on it ever since. Using the online features to order this was easy. Pickup at the store made it so much more convenient. I would reccomend to any gamer or techy to make sure they get the memebeship it also comes with perks on new gadgets and gizmos.

i was not given a receipt, because they had some problem printing it. however, i was told no problem as it would go to my email address. after giving them my new cell phone number and email addrsss, i NEVER got a receipt. I will be returning everything and not shopping here again

Walked in to buy appliances and was told there is an 18 months no interest card and so I applied. I don't need it but who's going to turn down free money. I had a FICO over 800 and solid financials so buy the stuff and it comes to $5600 and I only get approved to $5000. Not sure why that is the case but I don't know how they run there business so blame me for being ignorant. A few weeks ago by and before I am due to pay or before I even get a card in the mail to start my account I get a notice from credit watch that I have exceeded a credit limit on a card and get almost a 100 point hit on my FICO. I see it was my Best Buy card and called to make a payment over the phone to get it under the limit. I still have a massive hit on my FICO and I was in the middle of buying real estate so now have a huge headache trying to transact that I still haven't been able to resolve 2 weeks later. The minute I use their free money for 18 months is complete I'll close the account and am done with Best Buy.
