Standard response by Best Buy was to refer me to Geek Squad for repair, but due to my membership Which allows for a no questions asked return or replacement I am receiving a new dryer! Good job Best Buy....

The plus discount is taken from the original product price and not the selling price

It was delivered on time and the guys setting it up did and excellent job. I would have preferred to have our town take the old one away for free but the cost for removal was the same as to just put it outside for us!

The problem was we have a second printer and it kept interfering with this one to set up so we had to unplug the one we had and then set this one up now it works great.
