Manufacturer instructions manual. A few questions about old remote. But that they were not much help with that.

It did take ma awhile to get BB to act on my behalf but I now have a beautiful TV which I hope will last!,,

I wanted to buy a ROTEL preamp but to my surprise you no longer carry that brand or Mcinstosh tube amps.
