Nice discounts and return policy is longer, so not bad

We continue to choose Best Buy as our source for technology over all other vendors. The ability to deliver as promised on all of our orders has been of great value to a large non-profit who needs to pivot quickly. If the delivery time is same day, the delivery arrives the same day. I cannot say that for other providers.

Definitely worth getting cheaper deals with this membership through the year.

I love the perks. As I am a Gamer, I will admit what initially got me was the sales they had on switch games and digital currency. I have since used my membership to buy the little things I've been holding off on like a photo printer. I have since already saved more than enough to warrant the price of the membership and it's only been 3 months since I signed up. It's just savings from here on out.

I purchased a sony tv and receiver and Brett Hartigan at the Downers Grove store and he was great! He helped in both purchases explaining everything thoroughly! I definitely will refer people to Brett!

The sale guy was very helpful when I was there to buy a IPad. While he was talking to me another woman was listening, and she said he really helped her to decide also by listening to what he was telling me.

Started out good. Then the free book download gave me the wrong book with no recourse (saw reviews and happened to others). Then, not a membership problem but a service problem, multiple delays for Apple Watch purchase shipment to then receive an empty box. Customer service provided return label for empty box. 2nd shipment with, yet again, more delays (still haven’t received). Followed by an email from customer service requiring photos of the box that had already been shipped back. Who knows if I’ll ever get the Apple Watch (gift for my mother).

I didn't use the My Best Buy Plus membership. I wasn't clear on what the advantages were, or what offers were available.

The membership has some value but it was misrepresented by the sales person. I like the 60 day price match which was one of reasons why it was purchased. The sales person explained due to a promotion that was currently running, we would receive our membership fee back in 3 weeks. After many, many calls we were informed the sales person made a mistake and the promotion did not apply. The membership fee does not justify the benefits.

I have had the best experience with My Best Buy Plus membership. I recently moved and have saved so much money on appliances, nest cameras and tech devices I needed. Plus I get free shipping! Customer service has also been stellar every time I've been in the store.

I don't like adding more memberships since I already have way too many but the discounted prices and overall value for this makes it well worth it for me since I already like to so at Best Buy.

The membership is OK, I don't really even notice anything different about it. I signed up when I made a major purchase because it gave me savings well about the cost of the membership at that time. Not sure I'll want to renew the program though. I don't really purchase enough to make an impact - as far as I know. I really have no idea how this program works compared to the original, it was never explained to me and no one at the store even talks about it or shows me the benefit that I get when I use it. It will be a one and done for me.

The basic free membership provides essential conveniences like free standard shipping with no minimum purchase and easy order tracking1. While basic, it's a solid starting point for occasional Best Buy shoppers.
