Customer service was absolutely atrocious to managers one in training felt it was necessary to not only mess with me and have fun but also quote unquote make an example. I brought my item back it was one day late after the 14-day period and they said the only way they would take it back and refund my money as if I purchased a $50 Best buy membership

Ok, I'd might give this a 5 star rating if it ONLY applied to our experience in the store. They have been great, however, the BestBuy Rewards call center has been awful! They have continuously given me misinformation !! Which ended up costing us a $100 loss and way too many hours of my time on the phone!! Because of this I'll have a hard time recommending to family and friends.

This membership was offered to me at time of laptop purchase. Sounded like something I needed to have for peace of mind. Great to have!

I’ve been very pleased with my membership. I had to recycle my TV when I bought another one and they were quick to assist.

Bought membership to get discount on Office 365 renewal but not sure what other benefits it provides. Likely to cancel membership before annual renewal time.

Dustyn did great at setting me up with the entertainment center and setting up the Geek Squad. Bram with the Geek Squad was awesome and set up the entertainment center, mounted my 65" TV and showed me how to use it and add more apps to the TV.

We continue to choose Best Buy as our source for technology over all other vendors. The ability to deliver as promised on all of our orders has been of great value to a large non-profit who needs to pivot quickly. If the delivery time is same day, the delivery arrives the same day. I cannot say that for other providers.

The poor coordination and implementation of calendars has been disappointing and trustrating. A delivery off a new TV was cancelled twice … with no proactive interest from a support person. After the second rescheduling option failed, I cancelled purchasing the TV. And, the Seller appeared to view as just anotherday.”

Membership includes a lot of great Perks. It’s a must for people that love tech, but don’t know how to fix it.
