I purchased a laptop before a trip, but wouldn't be near a BestBuy during the normal return window. Saved me the heartache and worry during my vacation!

I don't normally sign up for these types of promotions, but the benefits, presentation and friendliness of my rep convinced me. The program has put some household appliances I wanted, but thought were beyond my budget, in my home now. It's been great!

I did receive a refund when the price went down on the computer I purchased. It was a fairly easy process and they answered the phone!

so you know how everywhere says oh we will price match , and really not do it. well let me just say , bestbuy memberships is the way to go because even if you didnt buy the item the same month they will still give you the difference back and i love that. sooo if your looking for the real deal , get the membership its worth every penny

The discounts i received on my first transaction paid for the membership alone and now i have rest of year to save. Lots of items on sale only with membership and discounts save a lot. 100% worth it.

I got the help I needed. I asked what Laptops were available in open box and he showed several choices.

If you are a best buy frecuent customer the membership is a no brainer. Great perks and discounts.

Great customer service however the price is a bit too high. This benefit should be more flexible, such as just for laptops, or just for TV, so to reduce the price.

BestBuy has good customer service for it's members. I love the longer return window and the peace of mind that I can thoroughly check my product and still be able to return it. The membership exclusive prices are also something that make it worth it. If you buy from BestBuy a lot definitely worth considering.

For myself, having the membership has value. As I'm always looking for a good deal on items like appliances to the latest tech. Having the options for extended warranties or Geek Squad support only adds value.

This has been one of my greatest investments, not only is the staff qualified and able to fix any issues that I may have but they do it with a smile!

This membership offers discounts, rewards and other perks I can actually use. In addition the team members are top tier and facilitated all requests.

I havent really noticed any positive or negative yet, gave 4 stars because the trial oggers couldnt be used.
