Purchased this membership because we were told that it would provide extra savings beyond those provided by non member sales. In addition, we were told that we could flag items and be notified when they were on a members only sale. So I have flagged the TV that I was interested in and I am now being inundated by so many notifications for unrelated stuff that I have pretty much stopped looking at them. Add to that, all the quirks of the Best Buy web site and app that make it difficult to manage my preferences and I feel like I pretty much wasted my money on this membership. The only reason that I didn't go with one star is because the membership does extend the return policy and the price match term for purchased items.

Our salesperson advised that we would receive a rebate with our purchase. When do we have access to that rebate? We rarely step in the store and therefore have yet to use our membership.

If the stuff we bought goes on sale within the first 30 days of the membership we will get the difference back from our purchase. Don't really know anything else that's just what the sales guy told us.

I was met by a very helpful young man who gave me news I didn’t like but that’s not his fault! I wanted help with my Apple Watch that I purchased at B Buy. Intentional purchase at B Buy to avoid the Apple Store. But I understand that B Buy no longer services apple products due to the proximity of an Apple Store in Emeryville. TOO BAD!
