Best Buy Plus has enabled me to have additional time after purchasing a product to return it if there is a problem. I have found that sometimes a product may function well for a short period of time and then fail (through no fault of Best Buy), in which case it can be returned with no questions asked.

I purchased a new Sony 42 inch TV and could not be happier. The size is perfect for my small living room; the color is great and the picture is really clear.

I didn’t really see any perks for having the membership. It was better when they had rewards just for buying stuff and not having to pay a yearly subscription. We didn’t utilize it and we don’t need it.

This membership is great, definetely worth the money.

I was glad to be able to use the price drop feature of the membership. When the price dropped on the MacBook Air,, the employees in the store were able to return the money on my credit card without much difficulty.. But it would be a much better feature, if it happened automatically, without my having to repeatedly go to the store to check the price for 2 months

The membership is 1000% worth it as long as you love technology and you like to randomly see all the different items Best Buy carries. The buy 2 Nintendo switch game and get 1 free was my first purchase then Dyson vacuum that was 649.99 ended up because of the membership 349.99 best deal I’ve seen. I just upgraded from Plus to Total with the new purchase of two iPhone 15 Pro Max’s and it included AppleCare

Very good item I wish you had more discounts percentagewise off of products, but it’s OK

Its really helpful especially with gift giving! The ability to have extended time for returns and special offers for members is such a nice touch!
