Membership was great and saved me money for the year I was a member. The reason I canceled membership is because it was on my business account and I may retire soon and did not want the annual renewal charged to my business account after I retire.

Not enough value. Most of the BB Plus items seem to be small, overpriced items to begin with or high priced items discounted a bit. Saved a bit on a TV purchase initially, but can't find a real reason to renew.

Love that i can purchase an item and have extended return policy on all purchases. Definitely recommend plus to anyone its a great value. Also get 50 bucks off certain items in store which is great.

It's alright I purchased laptop that gives me $50 off when I get $50 membership. So no brainer. Purchase this membership when you need it. Be careful not to forget to end membership if you don't need

I earned 40 dollars in bestbuy rewards from buying $250 in Nintendo merchandise. I used that and another $10 reward ($50 total) to preorder a game. When the game came out I ended up not wanting the game anymore so I took the unopened game back and returned it within a week of recieving it. I only got refunded the $10 I spent which was fine because the cashier told me that I would recieve the $50 bestbuy bucks credited back to my account later. Fair. Come to find out since it was from a "promotion" that the $50 is now forfeit! I didnt recieve that money as a "gift" i spent hard earned money to earn it. Not only that, were I not told that $10 was all I was getting for returning my $60 game I would have just kept the game! Ive spent tens of thousands of dollars buying stuff from this company (probably 100k) over the last 20 years from appliances, TVs, videogame systems, phones, headphones, computers, ipads, refrigerators, ect... and youre just going to take my $50 credit that I was going to use to buy a different game and say, "sorry". And they were quick to take the $2 back in BB rewards eaned for the purchase. I feel incredibly distespected. Punished. I cannot in good conscience recommend this at all. They lost a long time customer.

Joined up as I planned on making some big purchases and wanted the extended return windows and other benefits.

The membership is very useful to us. We do a lot of tech and having that peace of mind with extended return is a plus. Holiday time and everyone always wants the latest and Best Buy always delivers. No issues whatsoever.

My family and I went to Best Buy to buy a TV. The service I received was amazing! One of the TV experts and came in and suggested a few TV's for us based on our prefernces. He explained the pros and cons of each TV effectivley. With his helo we were able to buy a TV that we are happy with.
