Great benefits with bonus certificate for every day use of products. Gather with friends or families at restaurants, gasoline (especially, when owning a moving vehicle), and products that get be of great user, if and when any atr needed.

This has been terrible. I spent around 8,000 in one day at Best Buy and got the membership. What did this get me? Nothing. An absolutely useless “concierge” and a TV, sound bar, mounting kit, and in home set up that couldn’t be done FOR OVER A MONTH after buying it. Two weeks after my purchase I was told “your items aren’t available yet, we need to reschedule your delivery and install” to a date that was over a month from when I had purchased these things. I took time off of work to be available for the originally scheduled delivery and install. I told her the new date didn’t work and asked for a different one. Okay, she said. I asked for some sort of compensation. How about you waive the delivery or install fee? Oh we can’t do that. Cool! Really feel like a valued customer. After the call ended, I got about ten emails each saying my appointment date was changed, and they all said a different date. And the final date it’s scheduled for? The date I TOLD her I would t be available. Thanks Best Buy. I’m never going there again. This program is an absolute joke - avoid at all costs.

Have made a few purchases recently, but just not sure if the membership cost will even it out. I do like getting rewards that lower prices.

this was easy to obtain except I had to ask. I wasn't happy with the original plan that cost more than I wanted to pay and just wanted the security plan. This gives me a little more help and the security plan was cheaper.

The price of the membership was paid for in the discount I received on the laptop I bought. Definitely worth it when buying higher, more technical items. And now I can look forward to discounts on some necessary accessories.

Everything has been great. The experience to fix my order went smoothly. The Danvers, ma location is amazing Mike (older gentleman) in kitchen appliances was wonderful. Very courteous and super knowledgeable,
