Great to be a Best Buy Plus member. The 60-day price match is a great feature.

While this membership has some decent benefits it isn’t that beneficial to me. Did allow me to return my laptop after having issues with it outside the normal 15 days.

Is good you get some discount but most of the time is just like 5-30 off and some occasions up to 150 and rarely 150+

Good to know that there is a gift card out there. Can use it for movies and electronics.

The guy who worked with me on the phone had some true patience because their system kept crashing that particular day. But he kept his cool as did I, I wish I would’ve written his name down but y’all can find out who he is and give that man a raise!

I love being the part of best buy member. I can tell only that and rest you will feel the same after you become the part of the member.

Updates and daily or weekly deals are frequent but not overwhelming. Not every offer is ideal for you but are nonetheless a real deal. I have started helping family members get what they are looking for and build to my benefit. Will renew.

We found the BB Membership to be of considerable value, especially in the purchasing of furnishing our new home with multiple TV's, entertainment centers and other items to increase our enjoyment of a new home. Just knowing that Best Buy stands behind all of our purchases from them gives us a sense of security and appreciation because of their reputation for customer satisfaction.

This membership is a real value it has saved me on my purchase of my computer the price has went down twice since i been in membership and i really like being able to save every time i purchase something i'm going to make sure that i have a membership and i will recommend getting a membership is the way to go

If I could do less than one star, I would. I purchased an iPad and the Plus membership with the commitment of the sales person that of the price of the iPad decreased over a 30-day period I would get an email informing me and I could go into the store and get that amount credited. 1. The next week the identical iPad in the same store was $95 less. 2. I did not receive an email notifying of me of this. I found out by going to your web site. 3. I go to the site and they are unable to credit me the savings unless I disassociate the Apple user id from the device and then come back in. The device was a gift for my 83 year old mother who has difficulty Navigating technology. I had gotten the iPad configured for her by then to dissassociate the Apple ID for a couple of days so I could gonna l to the store and then try to set it back up for her. This is unacceptable and was not explained to eat the time of purchase. While not completely worthless, the purchase of the membership was about 99.9% unless to me. I do not see myself purchasing at Best Buy again and will pass on my poor experience to others if asked. They deserve to know of the caveats that your sales associates and customer service associates do not inform you of when they are happily taking your money

I've purchased several TVs, cell phones, computers and digital TV antennas. I've been very pleased with all my purchases at Best Buy.

I hesitate to jump into subscriptions that I won't take full advantage of that justifies the cost, but Best Buy has been my #1 stop since forever. I really enjoy the perks of My Best Buy Plus with exclusive deals and discounts that more than pay for the membership fee. It's good to be in good hands.
