I needed to return an LG soundbar that was defective but I was 15 days outside the normal 15 day return window. My excellent Best Buy rep suggested I join this club to take the return window to 60 days so that was a good solution! Worth the $50 to have the extra time to assess a purchased product and have the ability to return it if needed.

New to the membership. So far, the emails they send to me keeps me well informed of all my options! You also can cancel at anytime before the renewal date which is automatic!

If you have a large ticket item that this can save you $$ on, worth it. $450 saved so far has far exceeded the price of the membership. Will not renew until next big ticket, but worth it for this year.

Paid for itself in one purchase; this membership gives extra time for returns and so many other perks.

Its working fine for me now. Price seems to be fair for now. Customer service experience has been great so far.

Two of the main reasons why I considered buying a membership was for 1. The deals offered to members. 2. The availability for hard-to-get items. What made me pull the trigger was when I walked in looking to buy a new switch game, and saw there was a buy 2 get 1 free deal. You almost never see stuff like that nowadays considering the pricing of everything. That purchase alone makes it worth the money!

Not really used my membership yet. Bought it just in case I wanted to swap out my Mac air if I didn’t like it.

I've already saved more than what I paid for a year. They offer plenty of ways to increase the value with exclusive member offers and reward categories. My only regret was not paying for elite status so I could had 24month warranty and AppleCare+

It was a good value prior to big purchases for extended return and price protection. Rewards not being instant was a pain.

Best Buy members receive free Geek Squad support. Troubleshooting bugs in my laptop computer is completely free of charge.

I like the membership because your able to get better deals many items. You also get notified of special member only deals.

I went to the geek squad yesterday and Paulo helped me start transferring data from my old computer to the one I had just purchased on Sunday from Best Buy. I'm coming back this afternoon and he will help me finish it. He was fantastic and thorough and very kind, quick and efficient. I'm so satisfied and happy with the geek squad. Every member that I've worked with has been fantastic!

So I went to purchase a dishwasher, original salesmen didn’t mention the membership, even though I have a BB cc. Had to go to another model as they didn’t have the one I wanted and cost more. The manager came to help and w membership cost same
