I got the membership to get a "free" $300 TV with an item I was going to buy anyway. It also allowed me to get $28 off an item I was going to buy anyway. So long as I sell the TV for at least $22, the membership will be well worth it. I'm also writing this review so I can maybe get a $400 gift card.

This is ok. I wouldn't get it again. The cashier talked me into it. I think the extended warranty would have be better to get but I dont really think those warranties are woth it on most stuff

It paid for itself through the price matches on the TV and accessories. Aside from that I didn't use it at all since electronics purchases aren't an everyday thing for me.

Was very prompt on how they repaired my lap top and explained things so I understood what they found and did.

I see the point, just wish I didn't have to purchase a membership to basically get what I already had with Best Buy Rewards. Do like the website and use best buy for most of my electronics, very convenient in that aspect

My wife and I enjoyed excellent customer service, the salesperson at Tinley Park was knowledgeable, patient and friendly, I ended up spending over $2000 for an LG TV with Geek installation. I purchased it on a Friday at 4 pm and on Saturday by 10 am the following day, it was fully mounted and installed. Very smooth work by the Geek squad.

I really like the extended 90 day return window, but I hate that any time I get some sort of "coupon", they always expire before I want to use them! Give us at least 6 mo to use these reward discounts!

My original purchase of a refrigerator turned out to not work for our situation. We bought a another more expensive one, and they took the original one back and installed the newer one. No questions; no problems. Everything is now excellent.

I love shopping here. It is very reliable. Sometimes even if I choose the wrong product and open the box, they help me without any problems and take the product back and replace the product I want. Thank you very much to the Best buy family.

We have enjoyed this membership. It has been helpful in store and when ordering items, ex. shipping costs: (everything we have ordered has had free shipping). We have taken advantage of in store sales (members only) as well.
