The membership has been a godsend several times when I needed the Geek Squad and highly recommend it! I do recommend the Best Buy Plus for the added features included. It is 100% peace of mind knowing that you have capable, reliable technicians to assist when things go wrong, as they sometimes do. One thing that I greatly appreciate is the ability to make appointments and the fact that I receive my repairs when they advise they will be completed ~ as a business owner, this is extremely important. I also appreciate the fact that they do offer service on site if I am not able to go into the store.

I would have given it 5 stars but the first refrig was badly broken in the shipping truck. This first delivery took a month. And then the second shipping took another month+ to finally come. I did appreciated a “loaner” during the wait. The Kitchen Aid refrig is working well. Store personnel were helpful.

Definitely worth it! You get 60 days to return sonething instead of 25 days! Plus, i was getting some pretty sweet deals the more i purchased, the more points i accumulated which quickly turned into a $50 off deal for anything equal value or more. When i saw that, i looked into my plys account some more and found a bunch more dwals even better than the 50 off gift certificate. I buy items frequently from Best Buy, but not many of the items are worth getting best buy prorection (i.e. cables, adapters, etc), which is why i felt the plus membership best suited me. Dont get me wrong, after i earn my BA in college, ill be able to adford buying things as frequently as i do with trivial items, enough to justify the cost benefit analysis to get the better membership than the plus (blanking on the name) which gives you automatic best buy protection on the items you purchase thereafter. That ones a little pricey, but I recommend the plus membership for those who frequently buy from best buy, but occasionally make investments in otems that would typically need protection. Totally worth it if you’re going to buy multiple items within a year. I saved over 200$ with my membership not to mention the other discounts Best Buy has to offer.

Best Buy Plus is honestly the best! The discounts I get are amazing and save me money on stuff I already planned to buy. Free shipping with no minimum is super convenient, and the extended return window gives me peace of mind with big purchases. On top of that, the member-only deals and early access to sales are a huge win. Totally worth it, it pays for itself fast!

I haven’t used the 24/7 tech support yet, but knowing it’s there gives me peace of mind. You get good prices after paying for the membership. The deals you get pretty much pays for its self. Just don't except the service to be fast. They need to have more employees working. The guy who helped me was doing the job of at least 2 or 3 people. I did have to make a return and it was fast and easy.

There's nothing at all I can say about this membership. It hasn't made a difference for me this far...good or bad. Maybe aid recommend. Maybe I wouldn't. I don't know. If it weren't part of a TV deal at the time, I would have never gotten it

The membership adds great value to your buying power. I came into Best Buy on Youree Drive in Shreveport and bought a Macbook Pro. I explained it was for my daughter who is going to Texas Tech university for Pre-Law. He offered that i buy the Best Buy Plus membership. First, it gave me a discount on the Microsoft 365 program that she actually needs for school. Texas Tech uses that program. Second, it gives me options when i make purchase like being able to return an item after 60 days. The list goes on all in all i want to thank the salesman and best buy for offering everything i needed. Thank you.

It has already paid for itself by price matching things I’ve already purchased, plus the member pricing on things is awesome. I don’t know why it took me so long to get it.
