    My Best Buy Plus membership continues to impress! I recently purchased the 2024 LG G4 Series OLED evo 4K UHD Smart webOS TV, Meta smart glasses, and the Bose SoundLink Max portable Bluetooth Speaker—all in store. The in-person buying experience was smooth, and I appreciated the exclusive member pricing available right at the counter. The service was top-notch, and knowing that I can rely on protection plans and speedy support makes all the difference.     I wasnt interested when i was first told about the service. I changed my mind when I realized you get more time with the item to see if it's a fit for you. Im a very busy man and have had purchases that didn't work out and i meant to return but id miss the 14 day deadline. I bought a duplicate gift for a friend his pay was postponed an extra week. Having the extended return time allowed me to change the gift with no hassle.

    I went into Best Buy to purchase some rear channel speakers for my surround sound system, after getting all the information from your sales staff he helped me locate the speakers I needed but they were no longer available so he helped me with finding info on some that would work but unfortunately not from BB, so I inquired about a Apple Watch is which he was extremely helpful answering all my questions so I purchased the apple 10 series watch and couldn’t be happier! Plus my membership saved me money!

    Membership is worth it with geek squad support you have great value and confidence that something breaks it'll be taken care of and a special bonus a $50 makes it even better deal

    When I bought this it came with a $50 reward gift card. Whose value I'd lose if I returned the item I used it to help buy. That really sucked! I bought a computer chair and paid $50 of the cost with the gift card. The chair arrived with damage, a scrape in the artificial leather. It's seat was way to hard to sit in. Since I'd lose the $50 gift card value if I returned the piece of junk I didn't. It'll be in the dumpster when I find a decent replacement! As to the plan I found it covered a couple things that did save me some expense. I do wish it have covered finding out why a brand new $1300 Dell laptop occasionally froze in boot-up. That I did take back the same week but would rather of had the problem the problem fixed. It was a great laptop once it did boot up! Best Buy lost major money because it was returned! .

    having Membership is great, I bought HP laptop for non offer price and then again the same model was on offer I got the price match guarantee and got the money back. So greatly appreciate the Best Buy membership plan. And having for a full year for just 50 bucks is a hell of a deal.

    If you own a Best Buy Card, you need this membership. This membership is only useful if Best Buy carries the products you want/need to purchase. Unfortunately, Best Buy's product listings keep dwindling and appear to be focusing on appliances and entertainment systems while forgoing even necessary accessory items for installing aforementioned products.

    This membership for $50 is ok and I hope it will provide great value over the next year but what I'd like to see is for Best Buy to bring back the "Geek Squad" membership that included free delivery and installation of things like appliances. We had that membership for years but then cancelled it when they removed this benefit.

    I have had nothing but bad luck with the purchase that got me into this. i ordered an oven in October. I was promised delivery before Thanksgiving. Then reordered promising Id have it before Christmas. Then finally promised it by today, January 5. it was to be here between 10am-1pm. not a courtesy call, text or email. no on showed up or called AGAIN! I made several phone calls and was told it would be here by 7pm or someone would call to reschedule. Again not a word. I am still waiting to hear what happened. Why for the third time do I still have no oven? I am so upset. I wasted a day waiting on something that was never coming. I had to pay someone to babysit my two grandchildren because your people said no children in the way. This is the absolute worst customwr service I have ever delt with. Shame on Best Buy. Not one person followed through this sale. Take my monwy and then treat ua like this! Shame on Best Buy. Now what am I suppose to do? I should not have to go through all the mess to talk with someone to find out what happened to my over. someone shpuld be calling mw to explain what ia going wrong. Shae on hou Best Buy. I will surely be letting everyone I know how badly this was handled. I sot here tonight AGAIN with no oven, no explanation as to why and not one person from Best Buy can tell me when will I get my oven? Shame on you! This will definitely be the last time me or any of my family purchase something from Best Buy. Where is my oven and what do I have to do to get it? Please at least explain to me what is going on. again Best Buy should be a shamed. Best Buy is not customer friendly at al!
