This membership is a great value for all thats included. The 2 things that personally stand out for me would be the extended return period so you really get to use new items and really know if you like them or not. The second is definitely the deals that are exclusive to this. Can easily get a deal on a single item thats worth far more than the membership itself!

Hands down, best customer service, ever !! Nice to be able to deal with real humans instead of getting on line and dealing with AI bots.

I haven't tried the membership. The only reason I signed up was due to the high pressure from the sales staff. This person wasn't the sales person, but another associated who wasn't going to accept no for an answer. It finally came down to giving in or going elsewhere to purchase a computer.

Having a Best Buy menberschip is fantastic, I love it

60 day return window is worth price alone. Seriously I cannot stress the benefit of this if you use it to your advantage. I value all the other “benefits” at $0 though

I purchased this in April and to date have not received it. The latest delivery date is 6/29 with no assurance that it will be met. When asked when I will be informed I was told if you don't hear from us next week, assume it will not be delivered. REALLY.

I believe this membership is gray because it gives you a lot of great benefits.

This was a great buy! It was essentially free because the item I purchased had a discount for the price of this plan if you purchased it. Why not? The holidays are coming and I need a Nintendo Switch, and this plan gets me the best deals.

Loved it came in handy for issues with my dishwasher and stove, and provided great assistance when I needed my iPhone repaired

I have been trying for months to buy the best buy card but it was not given, now that I could have it it will be wonderful to spend more often doing shopping, it will be my favorite store.

The membership is very useful to us. We do a lot of tech and having that peace of mind with extended return is a plus. Holiday time and everyone always wants the latest and Best Buy always delivers. No issues whatsoever.

This is an excellent way to save for those who regularly are looking to keep up with the latest electronics available on the market. The best buy will keep customer aware of new electronic deals via text and email messages

I thought the best buy plus membership was great. I personally dont utilize it as much as I should however I think its great for customers who shop Best Buy often
