While I have only just signed on for this program, I do so with real doubts as to how long this program will last. I have been a faithful customer for over 30 years, but now look elsewhere when I can as have had issues with installation and now lack faith in the company.

I love everything about membership. Being able to return something up to 60 days is awesome. You can’t really tell in 2 weeks if you like something or not. Also, being able to have the Geek squad available to you is priceless. knowing that your item is covered is great. I would definitely recommend people purchase the Membership.

So far, the benefits of this have been pretty good. I just happened to noticed that something I bought well over a month ago was on sale now and because I have Plus, I was able to just click to get the difference refunded to me even though it's been so long.

I challenged the team with an old computer still trying to do new things. They were able to reclaim lost hard drive space and resolve issues with optical drives that had been acting wonky. This was not an easy task, and they worked very hard to get me back in service. Their dedication to making sure everything was right is very much appreciated.

I had bought and returned 2 other laptops at another well known store- both within 1 month. I finally went to BestBuy and purchased a Dell PC. Getting the BestBuy + membership gave me peace of mind that I had 60 days to return. I was very happy with the laptop and even got it at a better price than the previous store.

The Extended return policy is a game-changer. I basically borrowed a ps5 pro for 2 months.
