Had an issue with my tv, one store was giving me problems. I was told by the customer service to try another. So glad I did the Best Buy in Snellville, Ga! The manager was understanding and solved our issue. Thank you

The membership is nice to have however when I cancelled my most recent order within 24 hrs it took 6 days to return my Best Buy certificates. As a result I purchased the item I wanted else where because I couldn’t use my points. Why be a member , have the credit card and still get no help with simple points returned faster to use?

I gave the membership a shot because I was buying something that had a price break with the membership. I haven’t bought anything since that had any member discount, even though I did some holiday shopping there. So, I’m not sure I’ll renew. It really depends on what other benefits pop up along the way. It’s also very possible I don’t know all the details of what is available. That being said, if you are a frequent Best Buy shopper, you might have a better experience than me.

Good service, overall, all experience is great, variety of products to choose the most preferred one.

The workers couldnt have been any better than they were.. all of them.. i look forward to going back when i need too..they even got me some awesome galaxy ear buds for free to go with my new galaxy s24 phone.

Easy to find products, get current reward status and redeem as needed

We got this membership as we were moving into our first home. It has been beneficial in so many ways! We get great prices on the home appliances and tech that we use everyday. It is also nice to be able to recycle our old electronics at the nearby store. Best Buy has been reliable and helpful every step of the way!

I love the discounts. I go through keyboards,mice, controllers and monitors relatively frequently due to my work. The discounts on those products pay for themselves. The additional return options and random perks are a plus too!

This is the the best experience I have received from a dealer in a long time. The shop manager must be recommended for training such staff. The people are friendly and very courteous plus helpful. I can shop here again and again

I'm very happy with the convenience and the benefits of being able to order and delivered with Best buy products, but also with other needs with commerce elsewhere, for instance to be able to order parts for my Braun shaver and put them on my Best buy membership, plus having The geek squad benefits even though I don't use them it's a good to know that I can.

The membership is worse money for assistance and troubleshooting.
