Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wasn’t forced into purchasing this add on but strongly steered into it. The issue that I’m having is that I have a BestBuy account but cannot access it. I’ve contacted local store personnel, chatted with the online chat folks, contacted support personnel & still absolutely nothing. So I don’t know if this product is worth a crap or not, I can’t access it to use it

The two installers sent out with the TV were the best. They went over and above to install our TV and really knew what they were doing. They were oustanding!

Two trips to the Dover store before we could have another one sent. We then had two tv charges to our credit card until we again contacted the store to have one removed. By the end of 2024 and entering 2025, things should be easy and it clearly was not so.

Great Bang For The Buck

I will update as time goes on as I have only joined less than one month ago, but so far I am satisfied with the opportunity to have these benefits.

Everything you buy there is covered with a 1-yr warranty, as long as you keep up you membership. It pays for itself. The benefits are too huge to mention here. Look on BB .com or go on a store and ask about it.
