Although I don’t shop at Best Buy very often I have already benefited from the membership because they have so many deals and discounts.

Good investment. The price dropped on a previous purchase and having the membership I was able to go in store and have an adjustment made no issues.

Best Buy Plus has been surprisingly helpful. The free 2-day shipping and longer return window make shopping way less stressful, especially when I’m unsure about a big tech purchase. I’ve caught a few decent member-only deals too. The only downside? It auto-renews and if you cancel, your benefits stop immediately. Still, if you shop at Best Buy more than once or twice a year, it’s worth having. If not, you’re probably fine without it.

My experience so far has been nothing short of amazing. So I had been on the market looking for a new M3 MacBook Pro. My local store did not have the one I wanted in stock so I drove to the next closest store in Bristol at the Pinnacle shopping plaza. There I found the MacBook I was looking for, but the sales associate (Tyler) is the one who introduced me to the My Best Buy Plus membership as well as the Best Buy credit card. Tyler explained all of the features of both the credit card as well as all the included perks of being a My Best Buy Plus member. I got my first year for free but a couple of my favorite features so far is being able to go in and getting a refunded price difference on a product I purchased within the last 60 days that has been lowered in price. The other amazing feature I love having a discount on certain products or getting so much off of an item just for being a My Best Buy Plus member. I’ve not ordered anything yet to have it shipped but I know I’m gonna love the 2-day shipping and free shipping features as well.

This membership is great. I wasn’t sure about it at first due to the additional cost on my already large purchase, but it’s paid for itself several times over. I love the features that come along with it and knowing that I have the services and protections that I need, I would absolutely recommend this to everybody!

The one percent rewards back to use on through your perfect purchases is pretty cool if you spend a lot of money at Best Buy. I’ve only spent about five grand in the last five years and didn’t have the membership until I just recently bought a laptop so I got $90 in Best Buy cash to use towards the purchase of refrigerator that I had bought and delivered And I think I’ll get some more cash back from the refrigerator that maybe I can use to buy a new brain cause I’m as dumb as they come !!

When I tried to send my concerns about my purchase - there was a field with no explanation that I could not fill in. So my complaint/concern was ignored.

Account had an error. I corrected the email address, but evidently the old one stayed and thus In could not access my account. They need to correct this.
