I'm not sure why Best Buy osnt oishinf this harder and marketing it everywhere... Its great, the deals are actually cheaper than competitors, not just inflated price that look like deals. The extended price match oeriod is actually as simple as they said, no hoops to jump through, just gave me a credit on the spot. Great program.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases!

Nice option, which gives flexibility for the customer to return items with in 60 days when the item is not working as expected.

Annoyed that I have to pay extra for faster shipping, as I sure to get that based off of just points, but I like the extended return policy.

My favorite part is the extended return period, which allows me to make sure I’m satisfied with any major purchases I make, instead of getting stuck with a device I don’t like.

I didnt really use the membership other than buying a laptop when I signed up.

It's a great value for $50 a year, lots of perks and discounts. If you shop at BestBuy frequently or plan to do some tech upgrades in the next year or two like I have, this membership is absolutely worth it (it tracks how much you save too).
