    Membership is ok but i have not seen anything super great about it or any exclusive deals that tempt me to but more. I guess you can benefit more if you buy more often. It will be nice to have experiences for memeber exclusives. Maybe training or classes or somthing different as an additional add.

    I haven't had my membership very long. However, the people I have spoken to about my delivery, have been wonderful people. My delivery was very smooth. The men that delivered and set up my range ( Jeremy and Shawn ) were so helpful, and very polite. I received a "Manuel" but it has no Operating instructions, only how to set up and claen my range. I'm learning how to use the control panel and having to learn what each function does. I contacted Best Buy and told Ruby what i needed. She sent me the Manual but it was the same thing I have. I contacted Whirpool on line but when I entered the model # as requested it said there is no such model. So here I am, trying to learn on my own. Can't imagine why operating instructing are not included with the product. Any help would be great, please.

    Signed up for the My Best Buy Plus membership. Cost me $49.99/year. Here's what I noticed: Free 2-day shipping – legit and reliable. No issues so far. Exclusive member pricing – saved about $80 across three purchases. Worth it if you buy tech semi-regularly. Extended return window – extra 15 days. Came in handy once. No restocking fees – returned a laptop, didn’t get dinged. Not a game-changer, but it pays for itself if you shop Best Buy more than a couple times a year. No ads, no catch. Just solid perks. Didn’t bother with Total membership (too pricey unless you need tech support or protection plans constantly). Would I renew? Yes.

    For me, the entire point of signing up for Plus was the promise of priority and improved odds on high demand releases. Best Buy customer service repeatedly told me that being a paid member would grant me priority in these virtual “lines”. The reality is, it doesn’t do anything. Your odds under a paid membership are no better than free members. It also does not give you improved odds for their “invite only” purchasing windows, either. I’ve entered their virtual queues several hundred times over the last 12 months and have only been successful less than 10 times. On top of that, in the year since I signed up for Plus, Best Buy has made absolutely ZERO improvements to back-end infrastructure that would help to mitigate bots from buying out all the high demand product. While you sit in a fake line, bots just breeze right past it and buy swaths of product. In a time where all of their competitors have at least attempted to make strides to help their human customers secure product, Best Buy has chosen to do nothing. Every single high demand release or drop is botted to high heaven. It’s a joke. Any time I called Customer Service and complained about my experience, they just say they’re sorry and say they will note my issue and pass it along. Then there’s the exclusive offers for Plus members. They’re comically bad. They’re usually ~5-10% off products no one wants in the first place. Or on the rare occasion it is a desirable product, you can find a better price from one of their competitors without the need for a yearly membership. Listen, I know my issue probably seems stupid to some people reading this, but this is the main reason I signed up and paid for this membership and it doesn’t function anything like they promised. Anyone else considering this program for the same reason should know ahead of time. To other people considering Plus: if you just want a longer return window, then sure, sign up for Plus. That’s about all it’s good for. Otherwise, don’t bother.
