    Tricked into purchasing something I didn't need

    I give them a 1 star. I was scammed by the employee and was garanteed that I would be able to get money back after my laptop goes on sale withing the next 3-4 month. Which wasn't true. Its only for 60 days. If I would have known that I would have never purchased as there is no guarantee this laptop would go on sale between this time frame.

    [Employee of bestbuy] With My best buy plus you get 2 day free shipping and 60 day return policies which is absolutely incredible. I was able to return items after trying them out and was able to swap them for something better which made me very happy with how easy and convenient best buy plus is.

    Brian was very helpful in resolving the sound sync issues. Brian also went through the settings and showed me how to access the settings. I will study this after the holidays.

    I was a skeptic but themembership has real value. Best Buy staff know the technologies and are helpful when upgrading to a new laptop with almost unlimited user-defined networking capabilities.

    I'm so happy to have purchased the 'My Best Buy Plus' membership. Windows 11 is difficult, not like Windows 10. I've been or talked to the wonderful people at Best Buy almost every day for 2 weeks because Windows 11 has switched things around or won't let me do something I've been allowed to do before.

    Decent value if you're a frequent shopper at Best Buy. The truth is that I was ordering a highly sought after item and the online agent would not send the invoice for this item unless I purchased my Best Buy plus. Canceling is easy enough, again there is value if you're a frequent shopper at Best Buy.

    If I could give Best Buy minus stars I would. Let me say my sales associate was good but could have been more knowledgeable. My condo has time restrictions for deliveries 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, I communicated this to S.A. and he did document. The evening before my scheduled delivery I received a text with my delivery time as 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. I called customer service and after a lengthy wait I was in contact with a person who could barely speak English, she gave me another number to call , again a lengthy wait and that person disconnected me. The third time was a charm. My new delivery date was set for 3 days later. I had asked the S.A. if Geek Squad would be delivering my tv (twice) both times was was assured they would be. I did not want a third party delivery from Best Buy. Day of delivery the delivery company was MasTec, not Geek Squad. The driver called my phone to tell me he could not find the elevator. At that point I knew I was in trouble. I went down to find him and there was a person with his boxer shorts showing. He brought the tv up, hung in on the wall but required a longer HDMI cable. Went down t his truck, brought one up, connected it and told me $60.00. I communicated to him I could purchase one for much less. He wasn’t going to program the settings until I asked him to. I wanted to enter my own password and he said no, he would do it. I was very uncomfortable from the very start. He was going to leave with the picture looking like the tv I was getting rid of until I mentioned it.My plan was to come back at a later date and purchase another tv for the guest bedroom. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from Best Buy again and I have also communicated my horrible experience with Best Buy to all my friends and family

    The product was amazing, no problem to use, everything was packed as it supposed to be, i had no problem at all, plus the services was the greatest, i had no problem to solve my questions.
