I am glad I signed up for the Total Plan. I got 2years free coverage my ebike. Last year I had the Plus and saved a nice amount of money so I believe I will save even more this year.

My Best Buy plus offers better discounts than competitors. A gift card was received just for signing up and purchasing an appliance and there is a schedule of discounts in the future.

Not sure what the benefits are exactly. If your item goes down in price, beware you HAVE to go into the store for adjustment, they cannot do it via phone or chat. So when you go into the store it’s not exactly easy. Price adjustment should be made easy within the promised timeline, period. Also, it doesn’t benefit you for delivery in any way. After scheduling soonest delivery three weeks after purchase date our delivery was canceled 1.5 hours AFTER the delivery window of scheduled day. I was notified via text that I needed to schedule a delivery date. When I called to see what happens I was given a list of excuses only to go back to the store to be told they were short staffed. So the next scheduled date? You get put to the back of the line. That’s right folks, after removing your television and mount you get to wait another three weeks! Ridiculous. Zero benefits.

Utilized BB Plus to get sizable discount and actually used the extended return window of 60 days for an appliance that wasn't working to our satisfaction. Wouldn't have save $$ or had the opportunity to return something near the 60 day timeframe without the BB Plus.

I was pleasantly surprised when I took my laptop in to get it repaired. I am new to the Best Buy Plus membership. The geeks were so knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. And the bonus was that it did not cost me anything for the service. So glad I have this protection!

The sony speaker is everything i expected and more. My family and i are enjoying every minute. The sound is excellent. I can vibe to the music and the lyrics are phenomenal.
