    Having a membership saved me $325! I purchased a laptop in October 2025 and because of Black Friday Discounts the laptop was price was reduced and because I have price lock as part of my membership I was able to have $325 returned to my CC.

    I've been using the My Best Buy Plus™ membership for a while now, and overall, it's been a good value depending on your shopping habits. The main perks like free 2-day shipping, exclusive member pricing, and extended return windows make a noticeable difference, especially if you shop at Best Buy regularly. One of the most useful benefits for me has been the exclusive access to member-only deals. I've already saved a decent amount on some larger purchases I was planning anyway, which helped justify the annual cost. The extended return window also takes some pressure off when making higher-ticket purchases.

    Was pitched at point of sale that the TV 's purchased would be priced lower by the Sooner Bowl and a crowd would be forthcoming. That did not materialize.

    Giving two stars based on the terrible experience in the store and charges we weren’t informed of. We went to one location to purchase my son a computer for school or told do we want to add this or this but we’re not told the correct prices come to find out the virus protect protection we added was an extra $150 That we didn’t notice till after the fact. They were out of stock of one item so we drove 30 minutes to another location and waited an hour. When we got home, the monitor was not compatible with the computer even though they were sold as a set so we drove back to the first location to return the monitor and buy a second one. Drove back home 45 minutes And attempted to put it together again just to find out that the computer had multiple pieces that you had to put together yourself, which is very bizarre. I’ve never had this happen before. We attempted to call geek squad, and tech support several times before finally getting a hold of someone who told us to go back to the store and they would put it together for us. So we are now on our fourth trip back to the store in which they tell us the person on the phone didn’t know what they were talking about, but they will go ahead and set everything up for us so that it wasn’t a wasted trip. We get home to find out that the second monitor we have gotten is missing The cord. Five trips and several extra hundreds of dollars that we didn’t intend on getting are now wasted because multiple employees did not know what they were talking about or misinformed us. At the second location, we asked multiple questions and it was clear. The employee had no idea And just said well you can keep walking around and look and see you whenever you’re ready to check out let me know.

    Probably one of the best credit cards you could invest in so many different things you could use his card for; laptops, televisions, headphones, gaming, consoles speakers stereo systems. The possibilities are in this. I really appreciate the employees for getting me right and helping me find what I’m missing. You will not regret opening an account with Best Buy.!

    For a long time I did not buy anything from Best Buy. We had a bad experience with a store in California. Until we met one of your staff members in your Medford store. His name is Jordon he explained a lot of things to my wife and I. Because of him we have purchased several TV’s for ourselves and as gifts. And because of him and the staff you have at your Medford store we do not go anywhere else to buy our electronics items we need. Plus we refer everyone to your store. This man is a truly an asset to your store and your corporation.
