I purchased the membership with my Xbox in September. At the time there was a discount on the Xbox with purchase. Good thing I did! Allowed me to take advantage of the Black Friday deal less then a month later, I saved over $150 on the purchase. Well payed for the membership !!

I bought this because I was encouraged to do so because the laptop would decrease. In November, it did decrease $300. I went to the app and did what I was supposed to and it said there was an issue so I had to do the chat. I talked to somebody by chat. I talk to somebody by the telephone. I talked to somebody by email a day or so later they tell me I need to go back to the store. I go to the store and they can’t do anything about it so they tell me to reach back out so I keep going back-and-forth. I have wasted hours of my time and it is still not resolved as of December 5. Everyone I talk to you says I need to call this person or I need to go to the store or I need to do it on the app I’ve done all of them numerous times and zero has occurred in $300 is a substantial difference.

The associate helping me did amazing and provided me a computer that checked all my wants and needs that was within my budget. I forgot his name but he was blonde with glasses

The membership is great, you have peace of mind, uf anything goes wrong with your items its under warranty.

Return twice for the same issue due to whoever you find as a salesperson, reason for a four. but it's still a great store!

Surprisingly enough I saved quite a bit of money by having the plus membership. I bought my tv and gaming monitor and 5 months later they went on sale. I think I saved about $900 doing so. I’d recommend watching them or maintaining awareness of sale dates though.

This membership level will definitely pay for itself if you shop at Best Buy frequently. The price reductions offered to this membership can be substantial. Best thing for me is the extended return period so you have a greater "trial" period for products.

Best buy is the name for there excellence and i like the way they treat their customers and moreover online support is the top notch one i like everything I contact through online chat support.

Imagine having unlimited Geek Squad assistance at you fingertips. I highly recommend getting a membership its easy. The annual payment are amazing you can literally pick your plan.
