This membership is a real value. Member prices are great great customer service great quality products. Never had a problem with anything I bought from there. They also have protection plans on about anything you buy from there which is great. Definitely recommend Best Buy and also have credit card pay off loans!

This is a really good membership. I have really benefited from the 60-day price match benefit part of it because I got it it around Black Friday time but I think it could be good anytime of the year.

It really pays for itself, only if you're a regular at best buy. I took 1 star away, because it was kind of pushed on me. The sales rep wasn't really aggressive about it, but you could tell that management really push their associates to sell the program. (I did my time in customer service to know the script). Other than my previous grievances, I really recommend the program, only if you buy a lot from Best Buy. Some of the discounts are really hard to pass by. In the long run it does pay for itself.

I found that the ability to get the sale price refunded has literally saved me hundreds. Using this perk has paid for this membership for the year, do it was well worth the investment.

Love the fact that they price match if the product went on sale. I asked what if price drops multiple times and they said they adjust it that many times. Yet to find that out but I did get some money back on the first drop!

So far, no issues. Still learning the features. Item went on sale before 30 days of purchase. Phone regarding adjustment, first customer service person told me I was out of warranty to receive adjustment. Suggested I read the online policy. So, I do not understand the purpose of the purchase "My Best Buy Plus" membership. Had to call back to have issue resolved.

Man Manny and Henry were awesome with helping me replace a desk top model that I purchase that was defective. Not only did i get it replaced promptly they help me upgrade to a model that was more fit for my business needs.
