Didn’t think I needed this till we bought a tv and got a price match right now for $350! This is truly the best deal for such a little cost

I have read the benefits and savings information which shows lots of special items and information. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but in a year. I am sure I will be able to give a more informative review.

This membership is a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the extended return window makes purchases less stressful. On the negative side, I rarely find sales or member discounts on items I am actually looking to purchase, which leads me to purchase elsewhere. I really hope they make this membership more appealing as time goes on. Best Buy is a great store, and with technology purchases it can really be beneficial to physically see/hear/interact with a product before buying it, rather than doing a blind online purchase. So, I want Best Buy to do well, I just don't think this paid membership offers enough in return for the cost just yet.

Free shipping, extended returns, and early access to special sales make me feel like a VIP every time I shop. If you want to save money and get the best perks, this membership is absolutely worth it!

this BestBuy Membership is very useful in a lot of different ways! the sales, the deals, I bought this membership originally to get a better deal on an item, I saved around $60 on that purchase rue ti the membership, plus BestBuy will occasionally send you a giftcard every so often if you own this membership, I received $20 randomly and it was unexpected but it was very nice of them to send! I'm most definitely buying BestBuy Membership again,

Great for saving money in the long run! Buy something and it goes on sale later, you get the difference back!

Having some remodeling done. Most recent purchase was a new toilet. Worked with Christian again, and the service was efficient and very easy for me. Genesis was the cashier, and let me know what my payment options were and answered all my questions. Excellent service all around.

If you regularly shop electronics, this cheap yearly membership is a no brainer. It extends your return window from 30 days to 60 days which is a good thing to try a new technology before commiting to it.

Recommended if you bought something expensive bc it extends the refund and return, from 15 days to 60 days

I wasn't really briefed a whole lot on what this program entails. However, if it gets me Geek Squad support for no extra charge it will be worth it if I need it.

This membership is beyond measure satisfactory! It’s convenient and easy to use especially for those whose lives are extremely busy and need to keep up to date with purchases and other available items.

Had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE being helped by Alyssa Michelle, even though he worked in the back she answered the question I originally stopped and asked about But WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY, because she didn’t even work on the floor. That Store representative ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY DESERVES A RAISE AND MORE. Being new to the area and the state She 100% made us feel welcomed and informed with this purchase and she helped us to make a decision we wouldn’t regret telling us all the strengths and weakness’ wit each brand without talking down on any brand or Unit. How she didn’t that we are still amazed by. THAT IS AN ABSOLUTE SKILL, and she needs to be acknowledged for that. And hopefully she gets a raise on top of a raise she was that deserving. We love our membership and the Service we received And again the service was done with such grace and patience all while being informative and not rushed. This being a major purchase for a home, and a new home at that can be a little intimidating when looking at a sea of appliances but that went as good as anyone could ever ask for. Definitely promote her, because she made best buy a part of our lives forever

We are enjoying our new TV. Our Geek squad installer did a great job of setting it up and it only took about an hour. we were pleased he took the time answer our questions,

I love the nlr ar location.. every time I go in there for computer stuff they actually have someone who is knowledgeable about the things I’m asking and looking for.. had one guy set up with an awesome prebuilt gaming p/c and he was absolutely right on what it could handle.. he even took the time to show and compare a few p/c for wht I was looking for in a p/c and also with the ones that were on sale for a cheaper price as the sales where what I was looking at.. long story short I bought a desktop and a lab top.. iv gone in for upgrades that I didn’t need help with but they had someone there to open a case and they actually had the products I was looking for.. next big purchase was with a completely different employee and he again helped me to the t with finding the particular monitor (49 Samsung qled ultra wide 144hrz 1440p with the 1200r curve.. it said online they had 2 on sale. I get there it wasn’t in the system. I had previously walked around and found 2 boxes down low on a shelf. Told him. We took the time to actually check and scan both boxes. To figure out why they have them yet it says not in stock and see if he could actually sell me one.. both boxes ended up being used returned monitors. He even told what each was missing in the box and or what was wrong with them so I could make the best decision. The one I got was only missing some mounting hardware and well I had mounting hardware for monitors and p/c building. Just needed a single standard screw for the stand with by the way is still not installed Becky’s the stand had no bends or stress and it sits just fine without ( screw will still be added for measure) and it’s missing the beauty cover for the back of said stand that you could hide some wiring in for wire management but the monitor is beautiful.. great job nlr ar location. Oh and with the membership I feel like employees notice fast and they really try and help me out as I stated above they have went above and beyond for me so far. And the deals are great being a member also. %100 would encourage membership especially with the nlr ar location.
