My computer was running very slow and I could not run or attend zoom meetings. The Geek Squad diagnosed, cleaned out the viruses and unneeded software and now it functions perfectly. All this was covered by my membership,]. It has already paid for itself.

Really love the value of having free warranties on tech/media purchases with membership. Just had to purchase a new printer. The Epson I recently purchased at Best Buy works great.

Good value and not a bad price for a membership!!!

I have been pleased by the service I have received from Best Buy sales staff for the several items I have purchased since becoming a member last November, 2023. At this point my plans are to renew my membership when the current year's membership expires.

I like the discounts and being in the know for different sales, etc.

I buy all my tech from BestBuy. So having access to me ever only pricing has been great. I’m a student, so needing to buy tech gadgets for school at a lower cost has saved my life.

I was able to get this membership for approximately $20, as the sound bar had a membership deal which knocked off $30 from the total price of the soundbar. If you have an opportunity to get this membership that way, I would. Otherwise, I do not believe it is worth the $50 if you do not buy electronics often. Not to mention, with online prices often selling for less and stores having price match policies.

Was unsure about spending the money on the membership but it’s saved me more than I’ve spent on it! 60 day returns are such a peace of mind, and membership deals are so good.

We have used our new computer tower and anti virus a number of times. No complaints

Nice to have even more opportunity to save money. I also get advanced notice to all the sales!!
