It was good the last time I was able to shop there. At 85 not able to do much shopping in person.

Membership offers 60 days return or price match .. on the 52 day, I wanted to get a price match but was told I passed the time by two days. Best Buy could’ve made an exception but didn’t. Not pleased with management since store personnel said it can by done by a store manager.

Worth the $50 just to have the ability to return items for 60 days. I will never shop for appliances, laptops, iPads, or any item I can get at Best Buy, anywhere else.

This membership is a real value! Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support is amazing! Also, I love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on my purchases!

Having 60 day returns and additional discounts make this program an excellent value. Do recommend it for anyone who wants the latest and best tech along with peace of mind and some extra savings.

I rarely shop, however, I do thoroughly enjoy the experience at Best Buy with their wide range of quality products. I invariably come away with more than my intended purchase.

Membership is a great value. It’s a good feeling having a team that has you if you need them.

I have not utilized the membership yet, but when I needed assistance with a faulty laptop cord everyone was wonderful. The faulty cord was replaced and works great. Thank you!

I used to use Best Buy plus in the past and stopped. Because I wouldn't go anymore. I just recently started going back. It's a great value for everybody that would purchase electronics frequently. No regrets.

I want this to adjust price in the future and I think it will work on black Friday.

This membership really came in handy when I had a Best Buy first-ever problem with a relatively new iPad. The Geek Squad was able to help me get a replacement past the exchange day. And I have used Geek Squad help several times and they are unfailingly polite and helpful!

This was a great $50 deal to sign up. The slash in price on most of my saved items was very surprising. I definitely recommend to try if you are frequent Best Buy shopper like myself. It literally saved a few hundred dollars on quite a few items this holiday season!
