I bought the membership for the price match service, and I tried to get a price match with Best Buy online discounts and it was very difficult to do it, I wasn't able to get the price match for a discount they were making online for the product I bought.

I've been impressed with BestBuy's improvements lately. Their marketing feels more tailored, and I've noticed a smooth, seamless experience both online and in-store.

All of our experiences with different Geek Squad have been outstanding. The individual knowledge and personal understanding is always both surprising and even entertaining!

Overall a good value. Some additional savings off the advertised price is always a welcome. I would recommend.

Tried this service after a pushy Best Buy employee recommended it. I have gotten very little use out of it, as I prefer to shop elsewhere, Best Buy no longer offers the best product selection, and only competes on price when they are forced to through price match, but selectively chooses what to price match. Only certain stores can be price matched, and they refuse to price match if a sale is going on, which seems like the entire point of pricing matching. Best Buy has no loyalty to customers and will gladly lose your business to keep products sitting on the shelf. I will gladly shop at a competitor who’s offering a genuine sale, and won’t be pushed to buy additional services or warranties by their employees. The only true benefit is price protection for items that go on sale after purchase, but this would only benefit someone who shops Best Buy regularly, and if that’s the case you probably don’t care about price.

This is s real value. Have help thru Geek squad. All my purchases are covered which gives me peace of mind. Definitely referred this to my family to get on their purchases.

This membership is good if you buy often in bestbuy with my only issue being that the deals they have are not what I’m interested in

As always we are happy with the sales and service we receive from Best Buy, we never do extended warranties except for Best Buy
