I didn't know such great customer service still existed! No surly tattooed teenagers running this place! I have purchased both a Kitchen Aid oven and a Frigadaire refrigerator and had the deal done in 20 minutes or so! Soly, Cale and Andrew at the Colorado Mills store were amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. Such nice young men who advised me wisely. The delivery guys were also wonderful, and I had my appliances in a weeks' time. Very heartening to know there is a store where you are greeted when you walk in and someone is there to help in short order. I highly recommend Best Buy!

Everyone needs this membership! I have received great deals. It's like having a personal relationship with the store. Also, the 2 month price match guarantee is real! I saved over $300 on our television. The BBPlus sales and price matching have paid for the membership many times over.

Bought a laptop and got the membership at the same time. With the price matching option I was able to get back over$400 when the laptop later went on sale!

Membership is an okay value. If you are planning on making big purchases in electronics, appliances, etc., then worth it to pull the trigger. If you are just buying a few items once in awhile, probably not worth it. Wish it would offer incentives, like Nintendo Switch 2 release reserved for members

I bought Bosch 800 Series 1.9-cu ft Over-the-Range Convection Microwave with Sensor Cooking ( Stainless steel ) for over $1000 with tax. The microwave does a-lot for the money paid. It bakes and grill. The brand is the best top brand. I love it.
