I was very happy that the expedited shipping helped my Pikmin 4 game arrive on release date which hasn’t happened with regular shipping for other games in the past.

When I contacted support to say I never got the promotion they told me that it had ended the day before my purchase. Best Buy won't make it right.

That happens. You should include "Maybe" as a choice in the section, "Would you recommend this membership to a friend?*"
