Membership with BestBuy is great and works good for warranty

I was advised to purchase the plan by the very competent salesman who sold me the watch and Echo. When the items went on sale, Best Buy was efficient and positive in crediting my account.

This membership is great if you buy a lot of tech. The extended return period is a God-send, because you get a little more time to determine if products are right for you or not. You also get free two-day shipping, Plus Member only discounts and access to special member only sales events, and sometimes early access to new products. For $50 a year, it’s definitely worth it if you buy a lot of your products from BestBuy.

This is the first time I have paid for a membership. Hoping to get some advanced notice for Christmas purchases. I only agreed to it as it reduced the price of my Microsoft purchase and ended up only really being $10 more than if I had not signed up and just bought the Microsoft 365. Seems to be worth the extra money.

The one percent rewards back to use on through your perfect purchases is pretty cool if you spend a lot of money at Best Buy. I’ve only spent about five grand in the last five years and didn’t have the membership until I just recently bought a laptop so I got $90 in Best Buy cash to use towards the purchase of refrigerator that I had bought and delivered And I think I’ll get some more cash back from the refrigerator that maybe I can use to buy a new brain cause I’m as dumb as they come !!

The store manager is simply awesome He was able to recommend the items I needed and help me with return All the staff are great

For me, this membership is a must, especially if you frequently buy your electronics from best buy. Great perks, and feel secured!

Never had this membership, but this time around we were buying an expensive TV and kind of talked into getting in. Little did we know about 40 days later the tv reduced over 500, and when we notified them, were immediately given a refund for the difference. Luckily the plus membership gave us the extra days and paid for itself plus!

I've enjoyed the membership and service help of the Geek Squad several times. And, glad I had the extended warranty service also. The fact that this sevice supports my multiple purchases is a great benefit. I highly recommend the Best Buy Plus Membership to all of my friends that are buying electronic items.

Let’s talk about this membership now. I only got it because I was turning trading in a laptop and at this point in time to offering a special or if you had Best Buy membership, you got an extra 10% on your laptop trade-in so at the time the membership was 50 bucks the laptop I was trading it was 800 so I was gonna get an extra $80 which to me is a no-brainer. I get a free membership but I get paid 30 bucks to get the membership and who knows if I use it in the future I may get more money just a good deal, however I got my gift card for 880 bucks didn’t use it right away waited five days and by the time I went to go use it 600 and something dollars if it had already been used and it wouldn’t replace it but they replace it. They wouldn’t give me a new one for the 200 bucks left so that didn’t get stolen so I had to spend it immediately and stuff I didn’t even want it. It’s pretty crappy, especially crappy because I contacted them within hours of the person actually using it and the person hadn’t picked up the product yet. They had been delivered yet. It was an online order so they should’ve been able to stop the order from going out and putting the money back on my car, give me a new card and no one would’ve been out anything, but there was a red tape in the back office this and got lunch investigation I never heard back from 660 bucks my laptop. My MacBook Pro sucks cause I love that computer. I love the $600. I didn’t get it.

sales rep helped us make the best decision for our budget. However, I don't think I needed to buy the office package as my old office transferred to my new lap top. Not sure if I will benefit from the membership as I don't buy frequently enough.

Easy to find what I needed and easy to pay for the merchandise. The customer associates are super helpful who go beyond the call of duty to accommodate the customer!
