The discounts I get are amazing and save me money on stuff I already planned to buy. Free shipping with no minimum is super convenient, and the extended return window gives me peace of mind with big purchases. On top of that, the member-only deals and early access to sales are a huge win. Totally worth it, it pays for itself fast!

Here's what I noticed: Free 2-day shipping – legit and reliable. No issues so far. Exclusive member pricing – saved about $80 across three purchases. Worth it if you buy tech semi-regularly. Extended return window – extra 15 days. Came in handy once. No restocking fees – returned a laptop, didn’t get dinged. Not a game-changer, but it pays for itself if you shop Best Buy more than a couple times a year. No ads, no catch. Just solid perks. Didn’t bother with Total membership (too pricey unless you need tech support or protection plans constantly). Would I renew? Yes.

Do you frequent Best Buy?

I took 1 star away, because it was kind of pushed on me. The sales rep wasn't really aggressive about it, but you could tell that management really push their associates to sell the program. (I did my time in customer service to know the script). Other than my previous grievances, I really recommend the program, only if you buy a lot from Best Buy. Some of the discounts are really hard to pass by. In the long run it does pay for itself.

Loved the membership features

Because of the price match option within my membership I could buy my device as soon as I needed without loosing the upcoming promotional price. I was refunded the promotional price difference as soon as I identified that.

Good Deals

Member only deals are the same price on Amazon so really the advertising is very misleading thinking you’re getting a great deal. If you’re planning on buying a bunch of things or are willing to use the BB credit card outside of Best Buy then the membership is worth it.

That’s why I got Best Buy Total. It covers repairs, gives me 24/7 Geek Squad help (because even I get stumped), and saves me money with discounts. Dropped the tablet? Covered. TV acting up? Handled. Need tech help at 2 a.m.? They’re there. It’s peace of mind, plain and simple. If you’ve got electronics, you need this. Trust me—Dad knows best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One plan to rule the remote.

Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently went to your stores in Augusta, Maine and Portland , Maine in an attempt to purchase a new Subwoofer. I was initially told in Augusta that Best Buy had none fore sale. When I commented that the store website had stated that they did have units for sale the salesperson immediately Stated, after consulting her phone, that yes indeed they did have some available. I then asked her if I would be able to hear them, she said yes. When I arrived at the area in the store where they were located only two of the displays were working. Another salesperson told me that I wouldn't be able to have them demonstrated, but I could still buy one. He was corrected by another worker who said all he needed to do was to alert their IT person to come over to help. That worker came to fix the display, but I was told it would take 15 minutes to reboot. I came back and that display was now working, but I went to another one and it was not. Since I had now spent over an hour of my time, I left without purchasing anything. A few days late I went to the Portland store thinking I would be able to find working displays. They too could not demonstrate all of their models due to displays which were not working. Again I was told I could still buy one of their subwoofers. At both locations, salesmen had to search their phones for simple questions I asked regarding the equipment in the area of the store in which they worked and were supposed to have expertise. I can search the web also for information. What someone needs is the ability to converse with another person with knowledge of the equipment to render opinions and reasons why a purchase of specific units should be considered. I am astonished that in both experiences, salesmen thought that I would make a purchase of an expensive piece of audio equipment without being able to listen to them. I subsequently made my purchase at another retailer. All this being said, I wonder of the advantage of owning a membership at your chain and unfortunately, cannot clearly see one.
