I barely have used it , but when i have needed it , it's been fantastic

No where near as good as GCU & the deals are rarely appealing & the only one that does appeal to me is the B2G1F Switch games but even that's tedious in that it's only available at seemingly random times & it being limited to just Switch games is annoying as a Playstation & Xbox player.

The people at the store in Santa Cruz really make me want to shop there even if its easier to do online because they take good care of me.

Excellent program. Its worth the money because you easily get it back in savings. I am very pleased with my decision to become a Best Buy Plus Member.

many items at best buy are not always the best prices for the same item elsewhere, but the membership may pay off.

I used to get benefit of the 60 day return window for free with the now defunct elite plus membership program. I got this when there was a half back promotion. Got a good price on am album and have bought a couple of things with the security of the return window. If this wasn't provided free in the past, it would be a good deal.

The membership gives you the option to get a protection plan, on your purchases. Also helps to receive technical support from there Geek Squad department.
