I was hesitant about paying for a membership but I already saved an additional $400 for items that were already on sale. It isn’t difficult to figure out spending $50 to save $400. You also get other perks like expedited free shipping.

This is a great option to save a lot of money. the best part to me is if you buy an item in a regular price you have a guarantee for 60 days later if the price is goes down you can claim that price using your membership

Horrible experience. Sent 2 different installers on the same day to install 2 TV’s recently purchased. Makes no sense. Wasted an entire day of work because 1st installer came first thing in the morning and second installer came at the very end of the day. Was also told at the time of purchase that I’d get $200 off if I signed up for credit card. That wasn’t true. I was not told that I had to go in and claim the $200 off within 20 days of purchase, which I later learned when I called in after receiving my Best Buy credit card statement. I have since canceled my credit card, and I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again. I will spend my $ on electronics and appliances elsewhere. Your company is a joke.
