    The Best buy staff were excellent in helping me select the appropriate television. The delivery crew were efficient and. On this rainy delivery day a box housing the TV leaned against the wall incurring a stain. The service man was very apologetic and cleaned it thoroughly. The setup of the TV was pretty straightforward.

    The membership Was put in my wife’s name/account not mine. She didn’t purchase it, I did! This caused a lot of problems when I purchased a computer a few weeks later. BB tried to say I had to buy another membership. Employee could see the purchase ticket for membership on computer a few weeks earlier. Said I wouldn’t get membership benefits without purchasing another at 1/2 price? He finally saw problem and said couldn’t swap to me. Think he finally put purchase on wife’s account? Jeese what service. Employee said he did all he was able to do.

    Was offered the opportunity to join with a credit card for purchasing a new 65" Samsung TV and got a bonus $ of 20% of the purchase price. Thant was enough to come back and get a new sound bar.

    Best Buy’s membership is awesome! I love the perks—especially the faster shipping and great deals just for members. It’s been very worthwhile and has saved me money overall. Definitely recommend it!

    Long story short, Customer Service is Untrustworthy. An online Best Buy agent helped me through the process of purchasing a BestBuy Membership and a product I was looking to purchase. The online agent told me if I purchased the membership the benefits would apply to the product I wanted to purchase. The online agent was also able to offer a sale price on the product! I would just have to purchase the product at full price online, then go to a physical store to receive a refund for the sale cost difference. I repeated the promises made by the agent to make sure we had a full understanding of the sales promise/deal. I completed the online order details with the agent for purchase and shipping details. Awesome experience so far! It was all a lie, the BestBuy agent tricked me into a deal. I go to the physical store, presented my case id #, and they informed me they would not refund me the difference. I was informed that any promises or sales made online are at the discretion of the store to uphold. Physical stores do not have to uphold promises from the online store. I call back to Best Buy online support, presented my case id #. I was informed that of course Best Buy will keeps its promise and I should go back to the physical store to prove the refund offer. Again, the physical store does not have to keep the promise even if I had evidence sent to me from an online agent. I called back to Best Buy for assistance, gave my case id # and after bouncing between agents for an hour, I was eventually “escalated”. I was informed BestBuy will of course keeps its promise and refund the difference. Please allow 3 days and BestBuy will follow up, if I don’t hear from anyone I should call back. Also if I purchase a membership, I was told the benefits don’t apply until the next day… No one reached out so I called back again, presented my case id #, bounced around agents for 45mins and was again “escalated”. I was informed again the refund promise would be upheld, please wait 3 days for someone to follow up but callback if I don’t hear from anyone. I asked if the membership benefits could be applied to the product, the agent said yes of course the benefits should apply immediately as there is no wait period; the agent was working on correcting that then the call disconnected… A week passes, no one reached out again. I call back, present my case id # and get bounced around agents for 45min. Then I get to the first agent to make an offer… they would offer half of the original refund promise but as a gift card. I declined this offer but stated I could accept the full amount as a gift card. The agent stated this would not be possible and disconnected the call. I called back again. Presented my case id # to eventually be informed that nothing could be done… although an online agent made a sales promise, BestBuy could not fulfill the promises. I would not receive the refund for the sales price that was promised. Any offer for a gift card option was no longer possible. And the product would not qualify under BestBuy membership benefits. I was sent back to the store and made hours of phone call with agents trying to get BestBuy to be consistent and truthful with its promises to its customers; why is it so hard to fulfill a promise and why make the customer go through hoops and be led off just to be told nothing could be done. Not a single offer for my dissatisfaction or inconvenience. Only that the agent could assist me with returning the product. Although the BestBuy agents are seemingly helpful, it seems nothing they say is a true promise and should not be trusted. Not to mention, the product was shipped to the wrong location!!! A different location than the email I received from an BestBuy agent confirming my requested shipping address. I’d save the money on purchasing this membership. You can find most, if not similar products, cheaper elsewhere. I only shopped with BestBuy for its customer service, I find this is not a reason to shop with BestBuy anymore.

    I was tricked into purchasing this by being told it would be free with my purchase. However i was charged for it. And given 2 $25 vouchers to spend on additional products. I have not needed this at this point, so have no further review

    Overall quality is less than expected, especially the lower pots/pans drawer. I should have found a display unit to look at before I purchased this product. It was not present in any nearby stores, but the ratings seemed good. My experience so far: The electronic control display panel is very hard to read (except for the clock) and all selections such as oven features are not lighted! Only a small red lighted, hard to see readout/ map is present on the central display to identify a burner that is active; and only a small red lighted readout is present on the display that says "hot" surface after a pan is removed. However, this "hot" indicator does not tell which burner surface area is hot. The front located burner control knobs do not have a lighted signal at the control knob to tell which burner the control operates, so it is hard to tell which burner it controls. Only a little, hard to see, unlighted burner map spot by the knob indicates the location of the burner associated with the knob. The front control knobs are easily turned on when brushing up against the range while working in the kitchen or passing by the range. Several times now a burner was accidently turned on resulting in a very hot pan and burner surface. Likely this condition would have caused damage if I had not noticed the problem. Do not leave pots/pans on the range top burner areas when not using the range! While cooking I noted that if I remove the pan I am using from a cooking surface to add something and quickly replace it, sometimes the burner stops operating even though the control knob is advanced. The oven works well heating up quickly and baking evenly. The convection feature is also nice to have. I would not purchase the product again.

    Membership is ok but i have not seen anything super great about it or any exclusive deals that tempt me to but more. I guess you can benefit more if you buy more often. It will be nice to have experiences for memeber exclusives. Maybe training or classes or somthing different as an additional add.

    As one of the last remaining electronics and entertainment retailers that provide quality service and a wide range of products both in store and online, I found my best buy Plus membership invaluable this past year. With the growing concern of online retail snuffing out physical stores, I feel it is more important now more than ever to shop at retailers like Best Buy but more specifically this store as best buy offers unparalleled sevice along with almost anything you may need in their wide network of stores across the nation. The plus membership allows for extended returns and free shipping which has been an invaluable resource considering the modern online shopping trend and for the price, it is something I would consider a necessity for all those holding on to the traditional shopping experience where customer service meets tech knowledge. Do yourself a favor and subscribe so you too can reap the benefits of the best of Best Buy!
