I had the best experience and woukd recomment this store globally. My item.was the only one available. The staff found the item and even set it up to my ipod. I was offered membership and the benifits which came with it. I am supper greatful for my merbership with BestBy.

I appreciate the membership when my MacBook is broken and I had to fix it but I canceled my membership I wish so didn’t so I could just fix it instead I bought a new one and this time I did put protection plan

It can save you money on delivery, installation and haul away items. You should benefit from it the first time around.

I've been really pleased with the value My Best Buy Plus offers. The free 2-day shipping on most items has been a great perk, and I appreciate the exclusive member deals that have helped me save money on major tech purchases. The extended return window also gives me peace of mind when making bigger purchases. Overall, it's a solid membership for anyone who shops at Best Buy regularly definitely worth the investment for the added convenience and savings.

I got the membership that was included for a product I purchased. After exploring the Plus plan, I was happy to see it has some good benefits such as 2-day shipping and 60 days return window. It also enables some member only prices and discounts. But these features are not convincing enough for me to renew the plan with my own money.

This membership was great while it lasted. I went back to the Best Buy in Sherman Texas trying to buy more stuff, appliances this time. They informed me that if I wantsd to use my tax exempt ID number for that purchase and have it on my account, I would have to forfit the plan and start a business account. This was unfortunate but worth it. Great for individuals not trying to utilize tax credit or purchasing for business use.

Get the membership. It's worth it. I've already received a return on my investment 3-fold. It's great having that match the price piece of mind

Its ok, I haven't used it much. However, I do appreciate discounted offers on everyday popular products and deeper discounts for sale items. Keep it up BestBuy!

this membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited geek squad are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchase!

I usually have good experiences at Best Buy. I did feel a little pressured into getting the membership though.

Unfortunately for me, a poorly trained BestBuy store sales representative convinced me to upgrade my standard membership to a plus membership. The experience could not have been more painful, frustrating and untimely a poor use of time and effort to try to resolve as the in store sales representative not only incorrectly duplicated my account but also loaded secondary incorrect contact data into the secondary duplicate account... which has led to a loss of access to my account, 3 failed mergers of my accounts, and 6-7 personal hours on hold with BB corporate and 11 separate online sessions with bots and staff to mostly NOT fix my account. Progress has been made but only due to be being proactive and persistent to fill the Best Buy generated errors and duplicates. There is also horrible coordination with Best Buy Credit with CitiBank.. with Best Buy telling me to fix their issues... as all of link connections, contact info, rewards points and rewards history all were wiped and needed to be recreated.. inclusive of BB needed to manually re-generate all my Rewards points and resolve my rewards BANKed points issues..... which was still OPEN. This should be a case study on what NOT to do when upgrading a 15+ BestBuy client to Plus..... and doing 100% wrong and then not only knowing how to fix it.. but, walking away from the responsibility of the errors and telling the customer to call corporate to figure it our myself. Truly disappointing. This is s true story... and I have not exaggerated any of the facts. This is an on-going mess. Upgrade at your own risk./

It’s great rewards and I like the customer service on the app. However, the deals are okay and the reward certificates take too long too post. The extended price match is the best benefit.

Honestly thought I was being upsold when I got my laptop at MSRP, but considering if was like $50 I thought why not, I just got my tax refund if it helps this guys numbers then it's all good. However, the following week I was able to get a retroactive price match on my item since I was in the 'return policy' date range, which saved be $426!!! Absolutely crazy, so since then I've been watching the membership exclusive deals and to see if I can get a good bargain. Would reccomend to my friends who also frequent best buy as one of their 'happy places'

Each time I find what I need and im checked out expeditiously. Its even better when I have rewards to apply to my purchase
