So far, I’ve been so dismayed at Best Buy’s customer service that I probably will never buy anything from them again. Therefore, the yearly membership is worthless

Getting discounts with Best Buy and rep sold me on getting a discount on recent purchase, seems like a lot of value for a good price.

The added benefits are well worth the cost of the membership. Saved enough with the added discounts to pay for the membership 4 times over.

This service is great you get free shipping and extra time to return and other perks. Biggest one is being saving extra money off items. If you are going to be buying from best buy multiple times a year it is something worth having.

We purchased the $49.99 membership first but had some repairs on an older computer with geek squad. They showed us how we could save on those expenses with the total membership along with 2 years warranty on all our new purchases!

We priced a wine cooler & a Keurig coffee maker iver past 3 weeks. With our membership we saved over $150. Also free shipping in both cases.

The membership paid for itself with the discount I got on the first purchase and was easily cancellable before renewal, no downsides at all.

Such a wonderful way to save money and get great customer service!

Employees are professional ,very helpful. I enjoy the membership. I recommend it if you want to save . I purchased an item ,then it went on sale and they put the difference back ony account.

The Geek Squad member was very patient and helpful. As we worked our way over to the computers, the sales associate over there was very professional and kind. We ended up leaving very happy.

This membership has paid off. Several purchases with savings, quick deliveries for large items and they just reimbursed me over $350 for a laptop I bought that went down in price a week or so after we bought it!
