Saved me money on a return past normal return date

This is a good membership. I got it for my mom incase she didn't like her new tv. So far so good. Bill

If you are someone who spends a lot at Best Buy then you should definitely consider becoming a "My Best Buy Plus" rewards member. The longer return window is almost enough to be worth it for those of you who want to try things before you commit to an item and then of course the discounts help from time to time as you rack them up. I say try it for a year and if you realize it isn't for you then you can cancel as needed.

Very good product! It gives you free shipping, so instead of paying for the shipping, you pay for the membership, and you have nice benefits.

This membership has done me well I’ve been taken care of with excellent customer service and support throughout all my troubles wether it was in person or virtually Best Buy team members have been life savers especially around holidays

It required six phone calls to finally get an appointment for an instore visit. On the day it was supposed to be ready, it wasn't and no one called to let me know that it wasn't ready. The one bright spot was that Alice helped me the initial day and knew I was headed out of town. So she, spent the afternoon getting it fixed so I could come back that evening and pick it up. Alice was great but overall my experience was poor.

Well, the sales associate convince me to purchase this membership. I hope I do not regret it. Yet to be determined if it was worth the purchase. Hoping I can take advantage of the price adjustments this holiday season.

I can afford this without zny problems an the Service at the Facility that I purchased it are very friendly an acceptional in helping the Customer to get what they need.

I am not really one to get into programs like these, but this one really made sense to me and was explained to me in detail by the manager that was on duty. Got to love the membership pricing and special deal. If you're considering,,, I highly recommend..

I find the extended return policy useful as the normal 15 day limit is very short. The delivery and other benefits make this a useful purchase and the occsional special benefits ( Sunday ticket price reduction) pays for the cost. If you spend a lot at best buy this is a good purchase.

Cost less than having a one time television delivery. Since Best Buy now charges for delivery on the larger items.

Customer service still exist i enjoy spending my hard earn dollar in stores that still value there Customers. Best buy have all the top brands and a good prices. I kind of wish they sold groceries.
