I was under the impression that Membership was financially, viable. I went to buy a Washer and Dryer (online) and could not find my $250.00 "Best Buy dollars" Membership enrollment did not synchronize all of my well earned benefit's and/or points.

Received the ordered item a day before the promised date.

The membership so far seems to be great. Having 6 months, to make everything works correctly is really good.

One of the memberships I signed up in recent days that solely focus on giving back to customer. I appreciate the continued savings thru this membership and explore a bit more of what BestBuy has to offer.

This membership allows some additional deals that I would not have access to without it. I like the ability to gain additional discounts when I order products. I earned the cost of the membership back in my first purchase.

This membership is a great value. The member prices, Geek Squad support are awesome. Protection Plans are always a great purchase.

If you can buy regularly it is a good option for you or else it is waste of 50 more dollars, even though you can get good offers and discounts on products compared to people who do not have

On 5-27-2025 I purchased a TV, A base, and setup for 949.67. I was told that for $50. I could get a Best Buy membership that would be refunded on my credit card in about 2 weeks. I did not get a refund. I tried to contact customer service and I was put on hold transferred and disconnected. I did a YELP review because I feel that I was misrepresented and customer service did not handle my problem. Karen H was the sales person.

So far everything I’ve bought at Best bye has been great.

Apple sells itself, but knowledgeable sales employees an added plus.

Why I am forced to write something? As well as having to keep writing. One agent was knowledgeable and help us get the best products for us
