Phone numbers ae saved in 2 locations. Best Buy had my correct phone number for sales. My phone number for customer support was incorrect. It took a month to identify and correct the problem. This is unacceptable.

Thought my computer got hacked…. They reviewed my screen and message and was able to resolve… it wasn’t a hack… but a scare tactic from an outsider that locked my screen…

Haven’t used it so really have nothing to go off of. I hope it’s as good as what they were selling it for if I should ever need it. The question would I recommend it? It’s hard to say I’ve not used it.
