This membership is an overall good value, especially when I purchased mine on a deal that essentially made the first year free. I love having better deals constantly at my fingertips, knowing I can search for my desired product on Best Buy and likely beat prices elsewhere. There are extended return windows, which is nice. The only issue I have with this is that the extended return window for Plus and Elite members is no different from standard members when it comes to products you activate. Since this is a large electronics store, I am assuming this applies to a great deal of their products. Due to this, I find that I’ll miss out on the opportunity to price match and save $100. This isn’t a terrible peeve and doesn’t devalue what this does offer, but I do believe that this should provide an extension over the non membership return window.

this BestBuy Membership is very useful in a lot of different ways! the sales, the deals, I bought this membership originally to get a better deal on an item, I saved around $60 on that purchase rue ti the membership, plus BestBuy will occasionally send you a giftcard every so often if you own this membership, I received $20 randomly and it was unexpected but it was very nice of them to send! I'm most definitely buying BestBuy Membership again,

Best Buy Membership was the best purchase I made. The warranty coverage for your products is the deal anyone can get. It gives peace of mind, allows for many perks and well worth the price for the year. With geek Squad assistant, repairs, and protection plan, you cant go wrong. Also has other benefits that I haven't used yet. This membership is definitely a keeper.

Great value, but I only wish that the $25 rewards had the ability to be applied to the renewal fee and had a longer expiration limit.

Love having the membership. Nice to have if or when needed. Also Best Buy is the store to go to buy all your appliances and electronics .

Not really worth it unless you have the Best Buy credit card to go with it even then unless you pay before intrest hits your better off just saving and paying for item outright i am also a little biased as i was told you would get reward points back on purchases i later found was NOT True unless you have best buy credit card at its 30%+intrest if i didn't have card now personally i wouldn't waste the money Best Buy price matches many other vendors if your a member or not member prices are typically regular prices of other vendors shop around to some it is worth it i am a member because it is much easier and less waiting to return or pick up item from store vs online also best buys shipping times are excellent when compared to Amazon one major perk of membership is free shipping and again they are much faster than other vendors i have delt with it is up to the individual to decide if it is worth it for them and their needs just be aware reward points dont count unless you have best buy credit card you may get a certificate coupon without it i think my first on was 20 dollars after i spent a thousand dollars without card

Got an amazing tv screen aside from the purchase in east Brunswick , the customer service was very nice and quick . The line was extremely fast when checking out. I keep on only purchasing there for that reason . Keep up the good work !!!

Had a great experience with the Geek support that solved all my issues promptly. I will try to keep up with the technonogical updates now that I have the Plus Membership Access option and talented support.

Took this protection due to my system being hacked. Geek Squad cleaned out my computer and safed all my files to a thumb drive to trader to my new computer. Then they will wipe the old computer completely clean so I can sell it.

We wanted a new Laptop for my wife and of course headed for Best Buy. The sales-person was knowledgeable and patient in showing my wife and I the features of an HP computer.
